OVERVIEW

Villa Campanilla is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool located in a quiet area of nature on the wonderful island of Formentera

The villa is situated in the countryside close to Cala Saona (6 kilometres), a popular beach by day and great for sunsets, San Francesc village (Sant Francesc Xavier) where there is a good selection of dining options ranging from traditional and simple to fine dining. Cap de Barbaria, the southernmost point in Formentera, is also nearby, about 3 kilometres, and a good cycle ride away to get help maintain your fitness and avoid too much guilt as you delve in to another dessert

Or as the villa is so inviting you may prefer to stay at the villa and dine alfresco with the villa BBQ

The villa is single storey so ideal for families but can also equally work for a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun close to beaches

3 bedrooms have double beds and the 4th has twin beds; and there are 3 bathrooms, some bathrooms are en suite

Welcome to the truly unique island of Formentera with some of the best beaches in the Med and a more relaxed pace of live compared to neighbouring big sister Ibiza; the mode of transport of choice for many is a scooter or bicycle. You can rent a car, although the island is small enough that you won't do many kilometres; most rental cars are electric. Relax by your private pool, or enjoy these beautiful sandy beaches and beach restaurants by day and for after sunset you can choose between having a BBQ at the house or heading to San Francesc village to dine

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
In case of breakages or damage a security deposit of €1,000 will be collected on arrival (or in some cases 48 hours before arrival) & refunded within 48 hours of departure

The minimum age to rent this villa is normally 30 - if you are lucky enough to be under 30 please ask us

Where possible you will be met at the villa

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
