FORMENTERA HOUSE (3 Bedrooms)
OVERVIEW
Only 200 metres from the lovely village of San Francesc (Sant Francesc Xaxier) is a small development of houses which are a mix of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom properties. There are 3 houses with 3 bedrooms to sleep a maximum of 6 people in each house. All the houses have the same specification and interior but the layout and the outside are all a little different. Please contact us for availability of the houses and we can send you the exact specification for the available units.
The 3-bedroom Formentera house is located in a quiet residential area and less than a 5 minute walk to the village Sant Francesc; the largest village in Formentera and offering a relaxed vibe with a great selection of good restaurants, boutique shops, bakery and within easy reach of the best beaches io the Med
This 3-bedroom houses are quite simple; built over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms to sleep 6, all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms

LOCATION
Formentera is regularly famed as having the best beached in the Mediterranean and a laid back style that contrasts to sister island. Formentera is one of the smallest inhabited islands in the Western Mediterranean and the antidote to the more hedonistic lifestyle in certain resorts of Ibiza. There are no resorts in Formentera, just a number of great beaches with, mostly, simple beach front restaurants service the freshest catch of the day - some of these restaurants have almost legendary status in the Balearics, including Juan & Andrea where you can share a Paella with the most fantastic views.
For sunset head to Cala Soana and later in the evening just a short walk from your Formentera holiday house are many restaurants, bars and boutique shops in the village of Sant Francesc.
Scooter & bicycle are the preferred method of transport for
most as the island is small enough (and flat enough) to get around
easily

TAXIS
Local taxis do operate in Formentera
There is a taxi rank in the village of Sant Francesc
Formentera is very small island
Many people het around by push-bike or moped which can easily be
hired in advance or on arrival. Car hire is available but as much
of Formentera is flat you may prefer 2 wheels rather than 4
wheels
There is a good & regular bus service
Taxis are normally readily available, but of course in the busy
months such as July & August you may have to be a bit
patient
HOW TO GET TO FORMENTERA
There are regular ferry services running from Ibiza Town & Santa Eulalia. The journey takes between 30 minutes & 1 hour depending on the ferry operator

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
