October in Ibiza is relaxed with a beautiful sun filled Autumnal feel, the nights are little chillier compared to the height of summer of course, but during the day the temperatures are normally still ideal for spending the day at the beach. The island is slowing down in October but the locals are more relaxed; a chance to grab some of the last rays of summer, or come to some of the closing parties. Families will come for half term, and walkers will find this an amazing month to take one of the walking routes, which will doubtless finish at a bar for a well earned drink. 12th October is normally a public holiday as Spain celebrates Hispanity Day.
