VILLA MURTERA

OVERVIEW

Villa Murtera is located close to the small traditional village of San Lorenzo (Sant Llorenc de Balafia) in the beautiful countryside between the villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja)

The finca has been beautifully modernised but retaining many original features including the traditional Sabina wood ceilings in many rooms

The villa has 5 floors split above 2 floors

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom with 4 poster double bed, wooden ceiling, ceiling fan, terrace and en suite bathroom
Bedroom with double bed, wooden ceiling, terrace and en suite bathroom

On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms all with direct access to a terrace
Bedroom with twin beds set up as a double bed, wooden ceiling and patio

It may be possible to add an extra bed to 3 bedrooms to sleep 13 in total; Please ask us

As you exit the villa to the right here is a seating/chill-out area

To the left there is a lovely large chill out area which includes dining table and sofas under the shade of the traditional wooden ceiling which also has a ceiling fan

Close by is the charcoal/wood BBQ and there is also a fridge and sink  

The pool measures 12 metres x 5 metres

LOCATION

Villa Murtera is 750 metres to Restaurante La Paloma; a perennial favourite place to eat in lovely alfresco gardens; with other traditional restaurants close by within about 2 kilometres.

San Lorenzo is a very small village and represents the authentic and traditional side of Ibiza

Larger villages close by include Santa Gertrudis (7 kilometres), San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) (9 kilometres) and San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) (11 kilometres)
Las Dalias artisan/hippy market is 10 kilometres
Ibiza Town ins 18 kilometres (approx. 26 minutes)

For beaches the nearest is in the north at Benirass (8.5 kilometres)
Beaches on the east coast include the large resort of Santa Eulalia (11 kilometres), and the smaller sandy beaches of Playa Niu Blau (12.5 kilometres), Cala Pada (14 kilometres) and Cala Nova (14 kilometres)

Agroturismo Atzaro Ibiza, the small rural boutique hotel that has a restaurants and spa open to non-residents is less than 5 kilometres
