OVERVIEW
Villa Cana Rosita is only 2 kilometres to San Rafael village and with easy access to Ibiza Town (8.5 kilometres) and with most of the island from west coast sunsets to beaches in the south within about 20 minutes
Officially the villa has 3 bedrooms but can sleep 10 on
request
The villa consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms and there are
2 independent bedrooms available on request. All buildings are
single storey
The main house has a modern interior with whitewashed
walls
Bedrooms with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. 1 bedroom
has a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds that can
be set up as doubles (Please specify preference at the time of
booking)
Open plan living and dining area with modern kitchen including
American style fridge freezer and air conditioning; leading to the
living and dining area also with air conditioning; from here you
exit to the large terrace area with the 2 additional independent
bedrooms; more traditional in décor compared to the main house; one
of these bedrooms has a small kitchen

Rafael village, and only 9 kilometres from Ibiza Town. A great
location for beaches in the west and in the south
San Antonio is less than 10 kilometres to the west to the south
are the beaches and beach clubs of Talamanca, Playa den Bossa,
Salinas and Es Cavallet
Blue Marlin beach club at Cala Jondal is about 20 kilometres

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
