OVERVIEW
Villa Can Raco is located between the villages of Santa Gertrudis (de Fruitera) and San Rafael (Sant Rafal de sa Creu) is a small and quiet residential area.
The villa is all on one level with 3 bedrooms; all bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa grounds are enclosed in a large courtyard style.
All three bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. Two
bedrooms also have a ceiling fan
There are 2 bathrooms
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a breakfast table, comfortable living room with air conditioning that leads to a porch with seating and on to the gardens/ outdoor dining / pool

LOCATION
Villa Can Raco Ibiza is in a small, quiet residential area of Ibiza between San Rafael (Sant Rafal) and Santa Gertrudis. If you know Ibiza then the villa is about 500 metres from a small hotel, Raco Ibiza, which is open to non-hotel residents from 11am for breakfast, lunch and dinner; so super convenient for the days you don't want to travel too far to eat
Santa Gertrudis is 8 kilometres away; a traditional village with church, church square with a mix of traditional and contemporary restaurants
San Rafael (Sant Rafel de sa Creu) is 5 kilometres away and you will find a number of great restaurants from traditional (Can Pilot) to more contemporary (El Clodenis) and with simple pizza restaurants (Es Tanco) as well
From San Rafael you are only 10 minutes by car to Ibiza Town
Beaches are about a 15 to 20 minutes in all directions
Head west for sunsets in San Antonio, Cala Salada and Cala
Gracio
Head south to Talamanca, one of the beaches closest to Ibiza

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
