Can Rowan is a boho chic Ibiza lovingly restored, extended and styled villa in the countryside 3 kilometres from Santa Gertrudis. Much extended and enhanced country finca the house size is 400 m2 with a fusion of traditional, including original Sabina wood ceilings, and modern architecture with clean lines

Inside the original finca building is the traditional colonial style living room with high ceilings and fully equipped sleek kitchen with traditional touches, inside/outside dining area and 2 bedrooms (both with twin beds) and 1 bathroom that lead off from this space

Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom

The 3 bedrooms in the house all have air conditioning

The remaining bedrooms are independent from the main house and located in the grounds

Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
