The villa has 5 bedrooms and is set within a large plot of 15,000 m2 and under 5 kilometers to the village of Santa Gertrudis in one direction and 3.3 kilometers to the small very traditional village of San Mateo (Sant Mateu) in the other direction

LOCATION
Rural but only just under 5 kilometers from the village of Santa Gertrudis (about an 8-minute drive). 3.3 kilometers to the small and quaint village of San Mateo (Sant Mateu d'Albarca) which is very much along the roads less travelled in Ibiza but worth going to for the 2 restaurants: Restaurants Ses Casetes Art Café and Juntos Ibiza, but the nearest restaurant is Aubergine Ibiza which is less than 3 kilometers. Carry on past Aubergine and you'll arrive in San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat) only 4 kilometers away. For the biggest selection of nearby cafes, bars restaurants and a few boutique shops then head to Santa Gertrudis

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
