Villa Dalt S'Era is a high-end villa sleeping 5 (6 on request)
in the heart of Ibiza which is ideal for families and couples.
Built in 2013 this lovely villa has modern decor, a very well
equipped kitchen, spacious living room and very nice bathrooms! The
location is ideal; rural with a large 15,000 square metre plot and
views across the lush fields to the hills beyond and very close to
Santa Gertrudis village which is 2.1 kilometres away (reached
partly via an unmade and slightly bumpy road as you would expect in
rural Ibiza) and where you will find a great selection of
restaurants and bars in the quaint and traditional village square.
There are also some very nice boutique shops to tempt you! Access
to the rest of the island is really easy and most points can be
reached within a 20 minute drive.
The villa offers peace & tranquility with rural views and a
very high standard.

15+ restaurants with 3 kilometres of the villa. This villa is ideal for a relaxed stay on the island or as a base for spending time visiting some great restaurants, beaches and the sights in historic Ibiza Town.
The village of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera (to give the full formal name) is a traditional Ibicencan village with a church, church square and many bars and restaurants located within the square and surrounding streets. But what makes this village a little different to some other villages on the island is that there are a number of small boutique shops, trendy eateries and even an auction house - - creating a fusion of traditional & modern. There is very much a cosmopolitan feel here, not just for holiday makers but a popular place for many who live on the island and have made the village their home. The centre of Ibiza Town is only 14 kilometres away so you can experience a very different vibe in less than a 15 minute drive. There are many beaches and beach restaurants to the east and North which can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes.

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
