OVERVIEW

The Beach Villa is situated in the residential area of La Joya within 1 minute walking distance to the beaches at Cala Llenya and Cala Nova and close to the village of San Carlos and the larger resort of Santa Eulalia

An homage to the 1970's this Arabic inspired villa is all about the curves and rounded edges the villa is 300m2 of living space within a 2,500 m2 plot

There are 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms; 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor
The décor and art in the bedrooms are definitely unique / one of a kind 

On the ground floor is the large open plan living / dining and kitchen area with 8 sets of double doors that lead from the curved rear of the house to the terrace / pool / gardens

The obvious key selling point for The Beach Villa is the proximity to the beach; only 100 metres to Cala Llenya via the gate at the bottom of the garden; but also only 850 metres to Cala Nova beach which is another sandy beach and home to some great beach restaurants including Aiyanna & Atzaro Beach

Walk further along the beach to Es Canar which is also where you will find the weekly "hippy" market every Wednesday in the summer and keep heading along the coast for small coves and beach restaurants

There is also a regular market at Las Dalias just under 4 kilometres away whilst the traditional village of San Carlos is only 3 kilometres away

The larger resort of Sanra Eulalia is 9 kilometres away

For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging transport.

Uber is not currently allowed to operate in Ibiza

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
