valley views
On the first floor there is also an additional living room which
leads to a terrace with countryside views

Villa Can Llosas de Dalt is only 1.5 kilometres from the traditional village of San Carlos with a handful of restaurants
Las Dalias is less than 2.5 kilometres, with its regular market and events
The large resort of Santa Eulalia with many restaurants and shops is 7.5 kilometres
Other nearby villages include the tiny village of San Lorenzo
(Sant Llorenc de Balafia) 9 kilometres which is where you will find
the restaurant La Paloma
San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) 12 kilometres for the alternative
lifestyle that the north of Ibiza is all about (and a weekly
"hippy/flea" market every Sunday
Santa Gertrudis is 16 kilometres with its lovely church square and
choice of restaurants
For beaches the closest one is Cala Llenya (4.5 kilometres) but along the east and northeast coast there are many beaches to explore, some are small coves (Casa Mastella, Cala Boix) some are a little bigger (Cala Pada, Playa Niu Blau), most are great for beachfront restaurants (Cala Nova, Playa Niu Blau), some are clothing optional (Aguas Blancas) and some have beach clubs (S'argamassa, Sol d'en Sera)

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
