OVERVIEW
Villa Aguas Blancas is set in a rural location less than 3 kilometres to the traditional village of San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) and about 1 kilometre from the long sandy beach of Aguas Blancas (Aigues Blanques). You can walk to the beach (approx. 10 minutes) and you are also close to another beach at Playa Es Figueral (approx. 15 minutes) and with distant sea views from the first floor of the villa
The villa has 2 floors
All bedrooms have air conditioning
On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, air
conditioning, en suite bathroom and large terrace with sun loungers
and views to the sea
On the ground floor are the 2 additional bedrooms.
Both have twin beds and air conditioning

Villa Aguas Blancas is set in the countryside of north east
Ibiza, away from the crowds.
The nearest beaches are at Aguas Blancas (Aigues Blanques) 1
kilometre or a 10 minute walk, and Playa Es Figueral 11.5
kilometres (15 minute walk)
Other nearby beaches to explore include the beaches on the east
and northeast coast including
Cala de Sant Vicent (4.5 kilometres), Cala Mastella (7
kilometres), Cala Nova (7 kilometres), Es Canar (7.5 kilometres),
Cala Pada (9 kilometres), Playa Niu Blau (9 kilometres) and Santa

Santa Eulalia is a large family friendly resort with many
restaurants, bars and shops and good size supermarkets (8
kilometres)
San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) is another beautiful, traditional village that is known for being home to those seeking an alternative lifestyle fused with boho chic bars and restaurants and another weekly market on a Sunday
Ibiza Town (centre) is 25 kilometres for more restaurants, bars and shops as well as the cobbled streets of the old town (Dalt Vila). You can reach Ibiza Town by car of course, or take a ferry from Santa Eulalia

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
