OVERVIEW

Villa Na Ribes is a lovely 4 bedroom villa just 350 metres (approx. 6 minute stroll) to the village of San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) which offers a good choice of restaurants including the wonderful Bar Anita which you will probably know if you have been to San Carlos before) and conveniently located for Las Dalias which hosts regular artisan markets and music nights

This renovated traditional villa offers a living space of 200 m2. sleeps 8 and has many traditional features including Sabina wood ceilings
The large first floor terrace offers a place to dine and enjoy the countryside views

Living area with double height ceiling (Colonial style), second smaller living area with sofas & TV
Kitchen, which admittedly is not the most modern but, fully practical and with a door to the outside at the side of the villa

First floor with 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed and bedroom with twin beds; both bedrooms with air conditioning
Ground floor with 2 bedrooms; Bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan and bedroom with double bed  and ceiling fan (thick walls in this traditional house help regulate the inside temperature for the bedroom without air-con )

Fantastic location in the countryside but only 350 metres (approx. 6 minute stroll) from the village of San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) which offers a good choice of restaurants many located around or close to the village church

Las Dalias (regular artisan markets and music nights) is just over 1 kilometre

Great beaches including Cala Massella, Vala Niva, Casla Llenya, Aguas Blancas are all a short drive away
The larger resort of Santa Eulalia can be reached in about a 10 minute drive (6.5 kilometres)

The house manager will meet you at, or close to, the villa and check you in

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
