OVERVIEW

Villa Can Torres is 5 kilometres to Santa Eulalia, 5.5 kilometres to the beach and 12 kilometres to the heart of Ibiza Town.

The single storey building dates back about 100 years and was renovated in around 2015. There are 3 bedrooms
All bedrooms have air conditioning
Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds

There are two bathrooms. One bathroom inside and one bathroom which you access from the outside next to the front door

Villa Can Torres is 5 kilometres to the restaurants, bars and shops in the resort of Santa Eulalia, and 5.5 kilometres to the beach
12 kilometres in the other direction and you will be in the centre of Ibiza Town with many more restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife and, by contrast, the history of the old town of Ibiza and the UNESCO World Heritage Site

Other beaches, with beach restaurants within easy reach include Playa Niu Blau (8 kilometres). Cala Llonga (8.4 kilometres), Cala Pada (9 kilometres) , Es Canar (10 kilometres) and Cala Nova 11 kilometres)

Nearby beach clubs include Amate (8 kilometres) and Nikki Beach Club (10 kilometres)

For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging transport.

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Can Torres is a great value simple traditional 3 bedroom villa in a quite area just 5 kilometres from Santa Eulalia beach and the shops & restaurants. In the other direction about 10 kilometres is Ibiza Town. The villa is all on one level with the pool at the front of the house so as to benefit from the sun being on the pool for the maximum amount of time each day
