OVERVIEW

Villa Cigala is walking distance to great sandy beaches and restaurants at Cala Pada and Playa Es Niu Blau on the east coast of Ibiza and only 3 kilometres to Santa Eulalia (and a 15 minute walk to the outskirts of Santa Eulalia)

The villa consists of 3 buildings: The Main House, Guest House (Bungalow) and Pool House

In the main house are 5 bedrooms

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom with double bed (Double frame with single mattresses), air conditioning and en suite bathroom. There is a large terrace with sea views, day bed and sofas that is shared with the other bedroom on this floor
Bedroom with twin beds and air conditioning. A bathroom is located off the hallway

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor
Two bedrooms with double bed air conditioning and en suite bathroom; and the final bedroom in the main house with double bed, air conditioning, en suite bathroom and independent entrance that leads to a small terrace

On the ground floor of the main house is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with air conditioning which has TV with satellite channels (English, German and Spanish)

Next to the main house is the guest house (also called the bungalow, although the guest house is on 2 floors!)

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 on each floor
Both bedrooms have double beds (160 cms x 180 cms), air conditioning and en suite bathroom
The upstairs bedroom has access to a roof terrace which has a Balinese style daybed and sea views
The ground floor bedroom leads to a small terrace with outside dining table and chairs
There is a small kitchen in the guest house

Opposite the pool house is the swimming pool

The pool measures 10 metres x 4 metres
Here you will also find an outside dining area, table tennis/ping pong and table football

Villa Cigala is an ideal villa for groups and large families wanting to be walking distance of great beaches and restaurants 

 


LOCATION

Villa Cigala is a front line villa with direct sea views and direct access to the coastal path that leads to the small sandy beaches of Cala Pada about 400 metres to the left and Playa Niu Blau about 250 metres to the right, with a good selection of traditional and contemporary beach restaurants
The large resort of Santa Eulalia is about 2 kilometres away with the long promenade that stretches parallel to the beach and with many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach

There are many other beaches and beach restaurants to discover close to the villa, including Nikki Beach Ibiza which is about a 500 metre walk away

Other nearby beaches include Cala Nova (3.8 kms), another sandy beach with a couple of great beach restaurants (Atzaro Beach and AiSea) and Es Canar (3 kms) which has a larger selection of restaurants and bars

Punta Arabi Hippy Market is held every Wednesday in the summer and stretches, more or less, from Cala Martina to Es Canar

Other markets are held regularly at Las Dalias (6 kilometres) which includes day and night markets, music, dining and drinking in a relaxed friendly atmosphere

Ibiza Town is 19 kilometres to the centre, marina, foot of the old town (Dalt Vila) and many restaurants, taps bars and shops. You can also take one of the regular ferry services that runs from Santa Eulalia to Ibiza Town

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Cigala 8 Bedrooms (staff review)
Cigala has 8 bedrooms and can sleep 16 people. The villa is spilt over 3 buildings, and is great for families as gives everyone a little extra space & privacy. But the best feature of this villa is that it is directly located on the sea front. There is access to a rocky beach area in front of the villa but also a path along the coast takes you to Cala Pada - a small family friendly sandy beach. There are very few large villas this close to the beach at this price.
