OVERVIEW
Villa Finca Niko is only 2.5 kilometres to the family friendly and relaxed resort of Santa Eulalia with many restaurants, bars and shops; and just 2.7 kilometres to the beach
There are 3 bedrooms. The villa is constructed all on one
level

and includes the kitchen which is on the small side but is fully

A few steps to the side of the house is another seating area

LOCATION
You reach Villa Finca Niko via a dirt track and the house is at the end of a quite read so no one will come to the house and you have privacy
The villa is only 3 kilometres from the large family friendly resort of Santa Eulalia where there are many restaurants and traditional bars and cafes to choose from
The nearest large supermarket, Mercadona, is 3.5 kilometres
The beach at Santa Eulalia is 4 kilometres. There is a lovely promenade that stretches a few kilometres from one end of the resort to the other
The nearest beach is at Playa Niu Blau (3.5 kilometres), a lovely small sandy beach where there are a couple of beachfront restaurants; the more modern Pura Vida and the more traditional Restaurante Niu Blau
Other nearby beaches Babylon Beach (4 kilometres), Cala Pada (4.5 kilometres), S'argamassa (5 kilometres), Es Canar (6 kilometres) and Cala Nova (6.5 kilometres), each with at least one beach restaurant
Las Dalias is 5 kilometres; a famous Ibiza landmark with regular markets and events
Every Wednesday in the summer months there is also a weekly market at Punta Arabi about 6.5 kilometres away
From Santa Eulalia you can catch one of the regular ferries that run along the coast, to Ibiza Town and to Formentera (Ibiza's little sister island about an hour ferry ride and the perfect day trip)

WHAT WE THINK
Villa Finca Niko has a lovely feel in a great location up a hill with wonderful views and so easy to get to restaurants and the beach. Great outside dining area and large pool. We would suggest that anyone who is over 6 feet tall may find the ceiling heights a bit low. Steps from the house to the pool so may not suit everyone, but with the steps you get the fantastic views from the outside dining area

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

We had a great time and really liked the villa. We thought it was one of the nicest we stayed at given its location and layout. Pool was great and all the furniture, loungers and so on were more than adequate, there really was nothing to complain about at all!
