The 5th bedroom is a self-contained "guest house" adjoined

bathroom and a terrace with chill out area

market with regular events thought the week in the summer months
The nearest small supermarket is 3 kilometres away next to Las
Dalias with larger supermarkets in Santa Eulalia; which is where
you will find a great choice of shops, restaurants, bars and coffee
bars
There is a fantastic choice of beaches within 10 kilometres from the villa including Cala Nova, Cala Pada and Playa Niu Blau which all offer sandy beaches with good beach restaurants

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
