OVERVIEW

Villa Panorama had 5 bedrooms and is situated on the hillside overlooking Santa Eulalia town & beach with sea views beyond, and along the east coast of Ibiza

The elevated location ensures a gentle breeze as you relax in the gardens or around the pool.

The villa consists of the main house with 4 bedrooms, plus a living area than can be used as an additional bedroom, and a separate independent guest house with a bedroom & living area with sofa bed (maximum capacity in the villa is 14 people request).
The separate guest house also has a small kitchen 

All the bedrooms in the main house have sea views and a private balcony or terrace
The master bedroom has a huge and hugely impressive terrace and en suite bathroom

The grounds and gardens measure 35,000 square metres mostly pine trees, and you will have total privacy with no visible neighbours. The villa is reached via a long driveway. The terracotta coloured villa has an impressive entrance hallway that covers both floors of the villa and ensures the hallway is flooded with light. The glass ceiling can also open up to allow the sunlight in.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, and the living room has large windows to enjoy the panoramic sea views

Villa Panorama is a lovely Ibiza villa that sits on the hillside close to Santa Eulalia with incredible panoramic views across the a large stretch of the east coast from Santa Eulalia and all the way up to Cala Llenya. The villa is close to Santa Eulalia resort, restaurants, beach and marina; as well as San Carlos village; Las Dalias Hippy Market; Nikki Beach at ME Hotel - whilst  Ibiza Town can be reached in about a 20 minute drive (17 kilometres).

WHAT WE THINK

Fantastic views along a long stretch of the east coast, beautifully maintained gardens, very relaxing location where you can lose yourself in those views. It's possible to sleep a total of 14 on request, with 2 sleeping on a sofa bed in the living area of the main house and an extra 2 sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room of the guest house; the sofa beds are better suited for a family with young children - but also ideal for 8 or 10 people (the 8 person / 4 bedroom price has access to the main house and not the separate bungalow which will remain unoccupied during your stay)

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Villa Panorama (staff review)
Villa Panorama has 5 bedrooms, 4 are located in the main house and the 5th bedroom is in a separate bungalow next to the villa. The villa is in an elevated position. Directly in front of the villa you have sea views and views along a wide stretch of the east coast including Santa Eulalia (hence the name Panorama). The road leading to the villa is quite steep, and you will definitely need a hire car when staying here. In the main summer months you'll appreciate the breeze that blows in from the coast, in very early or late season you can expect it to get a little breezy
