Villa Can Aria is a 4-bedroom villa located in a residential area just a few steps from the sea in the area of S'argamassa close to Santa Eulalia, the sandy beach at Cala Pada, beach restaurants and Nikki Beach Ibiza. About 50 metres away is the hotel Iberostar selection Santa Eulalia and 200 metres is the ME Hotel Ibiza. The villas was built in 2016

Villa Can Luna is a 5-bedroom villa located in a residential area just a few steps from the sea in the area of S'argamassa close to Santa Eulalia, the sandy beach at Cala Pada, beach restaurants and Nikki Beach Ibiza. WHAT WE THINK

Modern and Front line. Walking distance to beaches and beach restaurants and close to the large resort of Santa Eulalia. This is a residential area and also a large hotel is close by (Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia) but this area of Ibiza is mostly popular with families and couples so noise laws should be respected from 11pm

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
