LOCATION
Villa Vista Monte is in a quiet corner of north Ibiza. You reach the villa along a track of about 1 kilometre to this private location. There are no immediate neighbours and there are views to the hills around the villa so you have privacy
The villa is less than 3 kilometres to San Miguel village and less than 5 kilometres to Benirras beach (famous for the "hippy" drumming on Sundays). Sant Joan (San Juan de Labritja) village is less than 5 kilometres away with a great selection of restaurants and a weekly artisan/flea market on a Sunday.
Santa Gertrudis village is less than 10 kilometres away and
Ibiza Town about 20 kilometres; This is a great location for
exploring the island.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
