OVERVIEW
Villa Can Vicente is a 4 bedroom villa located on a cliff top in the north of Ibiza with sea views. Situated close to the family friendly and relaxed small resort of Cala San Vicente; a sandy bay with a good selection of beachfront restaurants close to San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) and San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta). There are many other beaches to explore including Aguas Blancas, Cala Boix, Cala Mastella and Pou de Lleo on the east coast, and on the north coast you have Portinax, Cala Xaracca and Benirras; and many other beaches within a 30-minute drive.
Early risers can enjoy a spectacular sunrise
The villa has 4 bedrooms to sleep 8. There are 2 bedrooms in the main building with a 3rd bedroom located in the separate "casita" ("little house"; normally just 1 room), and the 4th in the pool house. All the bedrooms have air conditioning
Back to the main house, which is hidden from the road behind the gated entrance, follow the path to the villa with the dining area, incredible sea views, fully equipped kitchen and living area with TV and sofas

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
