OVERVIEW
Villa Can Mari Miguel Is a 6-bedroom traditional villa sleeping
up to 12 people located in the countryside of north Ibiza only 1.5
kms to the village of San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat).
This traditional Ibizan farmhouse offers inside living space of
with 400 m2 and set within a plot of 100,000 m2
The views from the villa are across the pine tree covered hills whilst within the large private villa plot you have orange trees; perfect many times through the year for picking and making yourself the freshest of morning juices
The villa has many traditional features including Sabina wood ceilings and thick walls; the latter helps to regulate the inside temperature meaning that not all bedrooms require air conditioning; although some bedrooms do have air-conditioning
The villa was most recently refurbished in 2006
The village of San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat) is only 2
kilometres away. The village has a good choice of restaurants,
shops and a supermarket; There is also a weekly artisan market
every Thursday; and also take the opportunity to venture to the
nearest beaches at Puerto San Miguel and Benirras, as well as the
many beaches and coves that hug the north coast of Ibiza a little
further away from the villa; and head inland to the lovely,
traditional village of Santa Gertrudis. For when you want a slice
of Ibiza's nightlife then Ibiza Town can be reached in less than 20
minutes…but sometimes the best part of any holiday is just heading
out and finding that restaurant you just stumbled across; plenty of
opportunities to do that in this area of Ibiza

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
