OVERVIEW
Villa Cana Marieta is located in a large rural plot 1.5 kilometres from the village of San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat) in the relaxed and beautiful north of Ibiza and within easy reach of the traditional villages of San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) and Santa Gertrudis, and the beach at Benirras
The modern villa was built in 2013 in a style that reflects the traditions of Ibiza and constructed over a single storey with a roof terrace. There are 3 bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and patio doors that leads to the swimming pool and terrace
The two additional bedrooms both have a double bed and patio doors that lead to the beautiful countryside surrounding the villa, and towards the church on the hill in San Miguel village. These bedrooms share the second bathroom
The interior is modern with traditional features. Open plan kitchen/dining/living which includes a fully equipped kitchen, with a utility room housing the washing machine, skylight to flood the room with light and high ceilings with wooden beams. From the living room you access to the front to the villa with countryside views; from the kitchen you lead to the terrace and pool.

The swimming pool measures 9 metres x 4 metres with part of it being very shallow which is ideal with for young children or for relaxing in the pool to keep cool
Steps lead to the roof terrace
Impressive and panoramic views by day and, due to very little
light pollution, incredible star gazing at night
(please note the wall height of the roof terrace is 3.5 feet so
may not be suitable for young children)
LOCATION
1.5 kilometres to San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat) village with a good choice of restaurants, bars for a coffee or something stronger, a few shops and the beautiful historic whitewashed church that sits on the hill.
Other nearby traditional villages include the smaller San Lorenzo (Sant Llorenc de Balafia) which as a couple of restaurants including the popular La Paloma; Santa Gertrudis with great restaurants and some boutique shops; and San Huan (Sant Joan de Labritja) with is weekly Sunday "hippy" market, restaurants and café's
For beaches head to Benirras; the famous "hippy" beach with drumming at sunset that you will probably hear from the villa as the sound bounces of the cliff walls and thew wind blows for quite a few kilometres. Other beaches include Puerto San Miguel, Cala Xuclar, Portinax and Cala Xaracca. Beaches on the east coast are 15 kilometres away

Lovely setting, very relaxed, private and tranquil with lovely
views, and the convenience of San Miguel village very close
by.
There is no air conditioning in this villa but the thick walls
should keep the temperature regulated inside

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
