Fantastic modern villa, very well equipped including windows that darken to avoid the rooms inside from getting too hot
6 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms are located close by; so great for families, friends and anyone bringing staff

Only a 25 minute drive to Ibiza Town so a very good option; and with more bang for your buck in the north of Ibiza very much worth a look

Located close to a petrol station and the road the leads to Sant Joan de Labritja (San Juan) village so please expect some noise and please be aware that the villa, including pool and gardens, are visible from the road

Breakfast is included and cooked every day (excluding Sunday) by a professional chef (he is available to cook other meals for an additional charge (please book in advance) 

Daily cleaning (excluding Sunday) is also included making Villa Sa Gaita one of the best value modern villas in Ibiza

Villa Sa Gaita does not have a full street address as is normal in Ibiza but the location is easy to find for taxi drivers

For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging transport.

Uber is not currently allowed to operate in Ibiza
