Villa Can Miguel Simo is a luxury 4 bedroom Ibiza villa located in the upmarket residential area of Can Pep Simo - near to Ibiza Town & Talamanca beach. The elevated position of the house gives the occupants impressive views to the sea and across towards Ibiza Town. At night the views are even more spectacular with the illuminated Dalt Vila of Ibiza Town your backdrop.
Close to Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort, Lio and Pacha too name a few
Three of the bedrooms are located at the front of the villa and each of these rooms have access to a sea facing terrace (4th bedroom is at the back of the villa built in to the hillside. On the ground floor the open plan kitchen, dining & living areas all offer magnificent floor to ceiling views to the sea & Ibiza Town

LOCATION
Can Pep Simo; an upmarket residential area with many luxury
houses and villas built into the hillside overlooking Ibiza Town.
To the front is Talamanca beach, popular with locals because it
has, mostly been able to retain an local feel with a combination of
simple and traditional restaurants that are part of Ibiza's modern
heritage. Over the past few years beach clubs have opened…and then
closed so it is a chilled and relaxed beach. In around 2018 Nobu
Hotel Ibiza Bay opened its door to include some restaurants with a
more exclusive menu. Further to the right is Ibiza Town, including
the UNESCO World heritage site, Dalt Vila; the old town of Ibiza
with its cobbled streets, bars and restaurants that you can
discover. There are restaurants and venues to suit all tastes; at
the time of writing just one Michelin star restaurant in
Ibiza: Es Tragon, although Ibiza is
fast becoming a foodie destination so we don't think it will be too
long before more excellent restaurants are bestowed with this
honour.
Lio (the cabaret venue that is owned by Pacha) is unlikely to ever
be awarded a Michelin star but is also on your doorstep
Private boat & yacht hire is available from the harbour area
and a holiday in Ibiza is not complete without a day charter with
skipper to Formentera to enjoy a lazy long lunch and create
memories.

WHAT WE THINK
Very impressive hillside villa with amazing views. Modern décor. It's a shame that not all of the bedrooms are en-suite and the 4th bedroom is at the back of the house is without views so feels a little compact compared to the other bedrooms. Parking is a little tight as only space for parking 2 cars; however you may prefer to use 8 passenger minivans to get around

KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Can Miguel Simon is a high-end 4 bedroom villa located on the hills overlooking Talamanca bay and with views to Ibiza Town. Its a really modern villa that has been built in to the hillside and some of the exposed rock is a feature in the main entrance area. Parking is limited, so if you need more than 1 car then we suggest you go compact so that you can get both cars on the driveway...or utilise our transportation service for total convenience. 3 bedrooms do have great views, but the 4th bedroom is at the back of the villas and so doesn't have the same views. Great modern villa in this sought after area close to Talamanca beach & Ibiza Town
