OVERVIEW

Villa Luce is a modern and deceptively spacious 4+ bedrooms villa in the much sought after location of Can Pep Simo, just over 1 kilometre from the beach at Talamanca, and close to Ibiza Town. From the upper floors of the house, including the bedrooms, you have amazing views across to Ibiza Town, Dalt Vila (Medieval old town of Ibiza) and the sea.

The villa is spread over 3 floors
On the top floor is the huge master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Living area with office space that can be closed off with a large sliding door. Terrace with sea views and views towards Ibiza Town. Bedroom 2 is also on this floor with en suite bathroom

On the first floor (entry level floor) there are the 3 additional bedrooms (one with en suite) and the open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading directly to the large terrace with dining area and views. From the terrace you have steps that lead to the pool area below.

On the ground floor / pool level there is an additional living area which can also be used as an additional bedroom to sleep 10 on request; or used as a chill out space as it leads directly to the pool

Deceptively large villa with 4 good sized bedrooms (and impressive master bedroom with terrace & sea views). Small plot so not a lot of garden space - however this is prime real estate and considered to be one of the best areas within close proximity of Ibiza Town and only 1 kilometre to the beach and restaurants at Talamanca

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Vila Margarita is a modern and well decorated 3 bedroom villa close to Talamanca & Ibiza Town. The villa has a feeling of space as the main living area has high ceiling height. The three bedrooms are modern and 2 have sea views. The outside space isn't huge but there is a an additional inside / outside living area next to the pool. For the location and style this is a really great villa if you want to be close to Ibiza Town & the beach at Talamanca
