The villa was beautiful and even better than the pictures! Handy location. Daily cleaning was great and the space was perfect for our group

OVERVIEW

Villa Can Valls is a 6 bedroom Ibiza villa really close to Ibiza Town. This boutique style villa built has been built in a riad style with central courtyard (and of course a swimming pool). The villa is in an area of Ibiza Town called Puig den Valls and is one of the closest we feature to Ibiza Town and you are just a 5-minute taxi ride to Ibiza Town, the marina, Dalt Vila & Pacha. The villa is very close to a large supermarket. This is an impressive villa and works equally well for families or friends looking for a high-quality stay close to the restaurants, bars & clubs of Ibiza Town. The villa is located in a residential area. 

Room décor is Moroccan influenced in some rooms and traditional Ibicencan style with white washed walls in other rooms, complete with the cosy courtyard for a slice of Marrakech in Ibiza.

Six bedrooms

There are 6 bedrooms including 1 single bedroom. One of the bedrooms is a separate apartment joined to the main house with independent access, a small kitchen and a living room. This living room has a sofa bed so can accommodate 2 more people. A further sofa bed located within the villa can accommodate 2 more, so potentially the villa can accommodate 15 people on request, although please note that these will suit children under 11 rather than adults as they will be sharing a sofa bed.

Some of the rooms have views of the Dalt Vila (The original fortress walls of the Medieval old town of Ibiza), and the two bedrooms on the upper floor have a private terrace area with views

WHAT WE THINK

If you want to be close to Ibiza Town then there are few large villas as close to the shops, bars and restaurants as this. Super convenient location with a small restaurant and large supermarket a short walk away. Also very close to Decathlon for any beach items you may have forgotten to pack such as a canoe! The villa is close to the main road that runs towards Santa Eulalia so you can expect some road noise. Some of the upper level terraces have low walls so we do not recommend this villa for families with young children

Villa Can Valls does not have a full street address, as is normal in Ibiza.

For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging transport.

Uber is not currently allowed to operate in Ibiza

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
