VILLA EL SECRETO
OVERVIEW
Villa El Secreto is situated in an upmarket residential area close to the beaches of Playa den Bossa, Salinas and Es Cavallet, and Ibiza Town; so within easy reach of beaches, beach clubs and nightlife including Ushuaia, Pacha and Lio
The villa style is a fusion of traditional and modern; Original Sabina wood ceilings and white washed walls.
There are 5 bedrooms and all bedrooms have air conditioning (a
6th bedroom is available on request)
There are two bedrooms on the first floor and four bedrooms on the
ground floor
First floor
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a double
bed, air conditioning, en suite bathroom and a large terrace shared
with bedroom 2 that has wonderful views to the sea at Playa den
Bossa; as well as distant views to Dalt Vila in Ibiza Tows (the
Medieval walled castle)

Pacha & Lio are located in Ibiza Town approx 4 kilometres
away
The villa is only 400 metres to a large supermarket

WHAT WE THINK
Ville El Secreto is a beautiful and stylish villa
The location is great for getting to Ibiza Town and Playa den
Bossa with beaches and beach clubs close by
This is a residential area with neighbours close by
Strict rules do apply regarding noise particularly from
midnight
The 6th bedroom is better suited to children and please bear in
mind you have to get through some bedrooms to get to others
The outside space is not huge but enough room for a good size pool
and some lawn
As this is a residential area you should expect some building work
could be going on at any time so please check with us of you have
any concerns and don't want to be disturbed by building noise

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
