OVERVIEW
Villa Luna Blanca is a modern villa located in the upmarket gated residential area of Can Furnet, (Can Fornet) close to Ibiza Town
Villa Luna Blanca is also known as Villa White Pearl; but as there are a number of villas in Ibiza with that name we have given the villa a pseudonym.
The villa was renovated in 2019 and is situated over 2
floors
There are 6 bedrooms to sleep 12
4 bedrooms have en suite bathroom and sea views
Al bedrooms have access to either the upstairs terrace or the
terrace / pool on the ground floor
The 6th bedroom is smaller than the others but still
furnished to the same high quality
Art is exhibited on the walls and normally available for purchase !
There is a fully equipped modern white kitchen with large fridge freezer; a living room on the upper level with balcony; and the living and dining room on the lower floor with floor to ceiling windows and doors lead to the terrace and pool with panoramic views to the hills and down to Ibiza Town.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
