The villa is located in a quiet area next to country
road.
The large plot is abundant with fruit tees including oranges,
lemons and grapefruits that the owner lovingly grows
Inside the villa has 4 bedrooms; all with air conditioning
On the ground floor of the villa are the kitchen, living room and
3 bedrooms;
Up to the first floor with a laundry area, second living room and
large bedroom with en suite bathroom...and a good size terrace with
day bed and dining table; with mostly rural views in one direction
and views to Ibiza Town in the other...and with just about a sea
view

Villa Musset is close to Jesus village (2 kilometres), Ibiza
Town (5 kilometres) & Talamanca beach (5 kilometres) in one
direction, and about a 15-minute drive to Santa Eulalia (Beach,
large resort, beach front promenade, shops and restaurants) &
Santa Gertrudis (traditional village with church square and good
choice of restaurants that are a mix of simple local tapas bars, to
healthy eating "Buddha bowls" to gourmet dining) in the other
direction. This means that you have hundreds of restaurants
available within a 15 minute drive, with the nearest just 2
kilometres away in Jesus village.
The nightlife of Pacha & Destino Ibiza Beach Resort are also
close by, as is the marina for either hiring your own boat or yacht
with skipper for the day, or catching the ferry to the sister
island of Formentera.
Head to the west for Sunset - Cafe del Mar and Café Mambo are 19
kilometres away

WHAT WE THINK
We really like Villa Musset; we think it looks better than the picture; large pool...lovely roof terrace...semi-rural setting but with neighbours close by. There is a small single track road that runs parallel to the villa but mostly the traffic is neighbours going to and from their homes. The plot means the pool is set away from the road
We are sure the owner will let you take some oranges to freshly enjoy freshly squeezed!

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
