LOCATION
Located in the Can Besso area of Ibiza Town and close to the
village of Jesus and the beach at Talamanca (sometimes also
referred to as Ibiza Bay) is less than 2 kilometres away.
The bustling bars, restaurants and nightlife of Ibiza Town and the
harbour where the super yachts moor is just over 3 kilometres from
the villa.
The villa has views to the historic UNESCO World Heritage Site of
the Dalt Vila (The Medieval Old Town of Ibiza Town). Also nearby
are Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort, Pacha Ibiza, Lio and Ibiza Gran
Hotel (Heart)
The villa is in a residential area so it should be straight forward to get taxis
The nearest beach at Talamanca is mostly devoid of beach clubs; You will find a range of simple and traditional restaurants and this is where you will find many locals; so you know the food is good and the vibe even better. By contrast along this stretch of beach is where you will find Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay with its rather more expensive dining options
For beach clubs and great beach restaurants you can head to
Salinas beach for Jockey Club, Malibu, Sa Trinxa and Besso Beach,
or Es Cavallet Salinas for El Chiringuito restaurant - or Cala
Jondal to choose between Blue Marlin, Tropicana, Jondal and
Yemanja
The rest of the island and her beaches should also be reached
within about 30 minutes
A day trip to Formentera by private skippered yacht, or regular ferry, is a must and the harbour can be reached within a few minutes.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
