OVERVIEW
Villa The Pond has 4 bedrooms and is set on a large plot in a great location between Ibiza Town & San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) approx. 5 kilometres from the outskirts of Ibiza Town.
The villa is set back from the main road in an elevated position. The gated entrance opens to a long driveway to the property.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the
ground floor
Upstairs the bedrooms are doubles and downstairs they have twin
beds
The upstairs bedrooms share a large terrace overlooking the pool
and gardens
All bedrooms have air conditioning
There are 3 bathrooms; 2 on the first floor and a bathroom on the
ground floor
The kitchen is relatively modern and functional
The living room is a bit outdated but has air conditioning and
leads directly to the covered seating area and pool

The infinity edge swimming pool is 10 metres long (4 metres
wide)

LOCATION
Located close to the site of KM5 restaurant which denotes 5
kilometres to the edge of Ibiza Town and 9 kilometres to the centre
with many restaurants, bars, the harbour and the narrow cobbled
streets of Dalt Vila; the old town of Ibiza which dates back to
Medieval times and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The 7 kilometre long beach at Playa den Bossa is also a similar
distance, with some beaches closer by including the small pebbly
beach at Sa Caleta with its beachfront seafood restaurant, and Cala
Jondal - another pebbly beach and home 4 beach clubs and
restaurants including Blue Marlin and Tropicana.
For the best sandy beaches in Ibiza you don't have to travel far.
Salinas beach is less than 13 kilometres with more beach clubs and
restaurants including Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa. Es Cavallet beach
is next to Salinas beach and is home to the popular El Chiringuito
restaurant at one end and Chiringay at the other
The west coast for more sandy beaches, sunsets is between 20 to
30 minute drive depending on your destination. The "sunset strip"
of San Antonio with Café mambo and Café del Mar is less than 16
kilometres (approx. 23 minutes by car) but if you prefer the more
traditional side of Ibiza then explore the villages of San Jose
(Sant Josep de sa Talaia) and San Agustin (Sant Agusti).
Much of Ibiza can be reached within 20 to 30 minutes.

A great location with large plot and gardens. No visible neighbours. The villa isn't modern as you can see from the images but is comfortable and very practical for getting to beaches, beach restaurants and Ibiza Town

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00
(am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
