Villa Arcadia is a super villa. The location is up in the hills close to KM5 restaurant, for this that know Ibiza between Sant Josep village & Ibiza Town. A short (less than 5 minute) drive from the main road up the quiet road leading to the various villas dotted in the hills is Villa Arcadia. The views are incredible with panoramic vistas that stretch from Playa den Bossa to Cala Jondal with the cliff edge of Cap des Falco & the island of Formentera your daily views for the duration of your stay. Imagine waking up with these views. There are comfy sun loungers & rattan style sofas around the large swimming pool (10m x 5m). There is a cosy chillout area close to the pool and the covered dining area is at the front of the house next to the pool, so everything is close together. Inside the owner has clearly invested in good furniture & cosy soft furnishings making the villa instantly feel cosy. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor (2 with a terrace with sea views), and the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor. All the bedrooms have sea view & air-conditioning. This is a great villa for families, and in this location you could spend more for a villa, but we don't think you need to. We think you will love it as much as we do
