OVERVIEW
Villa Marama is a beautiful renovated and modernised finca located around between Ibiza Town (10 minutes) and the village of San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia); the gateway to the beaches in the west coast, but also with beaches in the south close by.
The villa sits in a quiet area within a large plot of 20,000 square metres with a backdrop of pine trees
The inside living space is a generous 460 square metres
There are 6 bedrooms; all with air conditioning and en suite

The villa consists of the main house with 4 bedrooms, and a
separate bungalow/guest house next to the main house which has 2
additional bedrooms
The guest house is ideal for older children or members of your extended family which is also equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate a 13th and /or 14th person on request

LOCATION
Ibiza Town centre is only 8 kilometres away where you will find many restaurants, bars shops, the marina with many millionaire yachts and the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Medieval old town of Ibiza (Dalt Vila).
Ibiza Town is also home to some of Ibiza's most iconic and famous nightlife including Pacha, the new classic of Lio Restaurant Club and also the venue / club Heart located at the Ibiza Gran Hotel.

WHAT WE THINK
This is a beautiful villa with many modern touches and amenities for those that appreciate a stylish Ibiza villa without an expensive price tag...however please ne aware the villa is very close to the main road that runs between Ibiza Town ands San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) so some traffic noise should be expected in the grounds, but customers have not reposted noise issues when inside the house due to the thick walls of the original finca building (although for light sleepers we recommend ear plugs just to be sure)

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
