OVERVIEW
Villa Roca is probably one of the best villas in Ibiza. A house
that will rival the most stylish of boutique hotels the villa comes
with full time staff and so offers the option to be fully
catered (food and drink items are charges separately). The staff
that are available to you are:

There are 6+ bedrooms, all very much similar in size and styling
with contemporary and minimalist décor synonymous with Ibiza and

The villa is 200 metres above sea level providing you with spectacular panoramic views. All the bedrooms have sea views towards the coastline at Salinas and Cala Jondal, and to the left views to the Dalt Vila of Ibiza Town.
There is also a gym area and sauna.
The facilities also include an alfresco dance floor and a disco area. Everything you need for the ultimate Ibiza VIP experience.

Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:

Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
