LOCATION
Villa Cana Mar has amazing views towards Ibiza Town & Playa den Bossa and of course to the Mediterranean sea beyond. This villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying those spectacular views, and heading out to experience the beach clubs, restaurants, bars & nightlife; the ideal Ibiza holiday combination.
In addition to Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa you have the best beaches on the island about 11 kilometres away at Ses Salinas & Es Cavallet which are also home to some of Ibiza's best beach clubs and beach front restaurants. Cala Jondal with its beach clubs & restaurants including Blue Marlin is about 13 kilometres way. So you have many of Ibiza's key day time & night time venues within a 10 or 15 minute drive. Taking a day trip to Formentera in a private boat, yacht charter, or by the regular ferry service, is also really easy with the marina in Ibiza Town only about a 10-minute drive away.
The villa is located up on the hillside in a quiet & rural area close to the area known as Sa Carroca and the villa is surrounded by trees. The villa is reached by quite a steep incline, but a normal hire car will be fine

located in a separate "pool house" opposite the swimming pool and
only about 10 metres from the main house.
Three bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom, with the 4th bathroom next to the bedroom without an en suite

metres x 5 metres - not quite infinity but it gives you a similar
impression

Great villa in a great location with great views. Bedroom 4 (the separate bedroom located in the "pool house") could do with a bit of modernisation, but otherwise a great spot

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Beautiful villa, incredible views across Ibiza, amazing to watch sunrise from around the pool. Spacious, clean, blackout blinds and noise proof windows so easy to get some sleep (which is not always the case in Ibiza!). Would definitely stay here again.
Amazing views. You will struggle to find a villa at this price with such incredible views. There are 4 bedrooms at the villa and the house itself is quite simple but very practical... there are 3 bedrooms in the main house and there is a separate pool house with the additional bedroom so great for 4 couples or a family..but the best reason to choose this villa is for the views.. You look down to Ibiza Town & Playa den Bossa (and the sea of course) from the pool and the chill out area next to the pool. The grounds aren't huge but you are not overlooked from any angle so the villa is private. To get views like this then you have to come up a fairly steep road, so just bear that in mind if you have a small car laden down with a lot of luggage.. you may want to hire something a bit more power. Taxis don't normally go to villa that are not in residential areas so do bear this in mind but we can arrange door to door transportation as and when required.
