Please be aware the villa is located in a quiet residential area and loud music is not allowed during the day or night and guests need to keep all noise, including talking, to a minimum to avoid breaking local laws and disturbing neighbours.
LOCATION
Villa Wicker is in a great location for anyone wanting to stay in the south of Ibiza; close to some of the best beaches & with a wide choice of restaurants just a 5 minute walk from the villa in the village of Sant Jordi for restaurants and s decent supermarket (Hiper-Centro). Playa den Bossa beach is only 1.5 kilometres away and the amazing sandy beaches at Es Cavallet and Ses Salinas are less than 6 kilometres away (this is where you will find the beach clubs & beach restaurants including Sa Trinxa, Jockey Club, Malibu, Guarana, Chiringay, & El Chiringuito).
Driving or taxis to Ibiza Town should only take about 5 to 7 minutes
The airport is close by so you can expect some when sitting by the pool but the house is well insulated so you should not be disturbed when inside.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
