Can Emma is a cute, modernised 2 bedroom villa to sleep 4 and only about a 15 minute walk to the promenade which leads to the beach at Talamanca, so about a 25 minute walk to the main part of the beach; one of the closet beaches to Ibiza Town and offering a local feel with a good selection of restaurants next to the beach
The wider area is known as Can Pep Simo and Cap Martinet which are suburbs of Ibiza Town
In addition to Talamanca beach you are also close to Ibiza Town and also Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort. You have distant views to the Dalt Vila (the Medieval fortress walls now home to cobbled streets and some of the best restaurants on the island)
This villa is located in a quiet residential area and will suit families with children of any age, as well as being suitable for friends and couples. As the villa is in a residential area please be aware you have immediate neighbours and we ask you to be aware of and to respect the local laws regarding noise from 11pm

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
