OVERVIEW
Villa Pep Toni has 4 bedrooms and is in a great location only 1.4 kilometres from the beach at Talamanca, and 4.5 kilometres from Ibiza Town. A great option if you want to be just a short taxi ride to Ibiza Town. Talamanca beach is a real favourite for the locals being one of the closest beaches to Ibiza Town; here you can find about 7 local and laid-back beachfront restaurants. The exact location of the villa is known as Puig Manya, near to Cap Pep Simo; both are residential areas which are home to some of the best houses and villas on the island, as well as modern luxury apartments, a popular due to the close vicinity to Ibiza Town & views to the old town of Ibiza. This area has experienced much development over recent years so please be aware that to the side of this villa there are some recently constructed apartment buildings; which do overlook the villa.

As the villa is located in a residential area you are overlooked so please be aware of this...but it's a great villa close to a beach, restaurants and a short taxi to Ibiza Town.

Although we recommend hiring a car to allow you to explore the villa is situated in a residential location and taxis should be accessible (although in high summer the demand for local taxis outstrips supply so delays are inevitable - we can arrange chauffeur drive for 8 passengers). There are some bars and restaurants within a 500m walk. Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort is about 800m away. The 5-star Nobu Hotel Ibiza bay is also located nearby on the beachfront of Talamanca Bay

The area is one of the most expensive in Ibiza; by contrast Villa Can Pep Toni is not a luxury villa, quite simple, but it does allow you to stay in this sought after location with easy access to Talamanca beach and Ibiza Town. The recent construction does mean that you are overlooked around the pool area. Access to the swimming pool is via the front of the house

KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Villa Pep Toni is a 4 bedroom villa near to Talamanca beach. The
villa is locared in a residential area less than 2 kiloemetres from
the hotels of Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort & OD Talamanca. This
area is known as Can Pep Simo and is one of the most expensive in
Ibiza; due to the close vicinity to Ibiza Town. Villa Pep Toni is a
great value villa for the location.
The main reason why this villa is such good value is that new
developments of apartments are close to the villa and, therefore,
it is somewhat overlooked...but you won't find many villas in Ibiza
of this size at this price so close to Talamanca beach & Ibiza
Town.
There are a few internal and external steps so families with young kids just need to be aware. Outside the views from the pool are to the old town of Ibiza, which are just as great by day and when lit up at night. Ibiza Town is only about a 5 to 7 minute taxi ride away and you can walk to Talamanca beach in about 10 minutes, and to the restaurants along the beach in about 15 minutes. Great location for being close to the beach, good restaurants & Ibiza Town.
