OVERVIEW
Villa Paola is a magnificent, stylish, modern high-end villa only about 1.7 kilometres from Cala Jondal beach, and with sea views. The villa was built in 2002. There are 5+ bedrooms with the possibility to sleep 16 on request.
The villa has been constructed over 3 levels
All bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathroom
On the first floor is the large master bedroom with double bed,
double size sunken bathtub, private terrace and sea views
On the ground floor is another bedroom
On the lower ground floor are the 3 remaining bedrooms
Bedroom 2 and 3 have a sunken bathtub
Bedrooms 4 and 5 double beds and en suite bathroom
Bedrooms 6, 7 & 8 are available on request
There is also a small fitness room, which can also be used for massage
The villa is ideal for entertaining with an impressive large living area that opens on to the terrace and large pool

LOCATION
Villa Paola is less then 2 kilometres from Cala Jondal; best known as being the home to 4 beach clubs/restaurants (Blue Marlin; Yemanja, Tropicana and Restaurante Jondal).
Cala Jondal is highly sought-after location in Ibiza - this is an upmarket location with many high-end villas, and no hotels, in fact there are no buildings with more than 3 levels. For many people Cala Jondal has it all; sea views, restaurants & beach clubs that offer a great day time vibe, and easy access to the some of the most iconic destinations in Ibiza from clubs, to beaches to restaurants. Nearby is the urbanisation of Vista Alegre, as well as the areas of Porroig and Es Cubells - in fact these areas are 4 of the most expensive places to buy in Ibiza and therefore villa rental prices are also going to be on the higher side taking the location into consideration.

WHAT WE THINK
Luxury villa, with 2 pools and great for entertaining. We love the sunken baths, particularly the bathtubs for 2 in some of the bedrooms. The kitchen is a little on the small side but fully equipped and perfect if you want to hire a chef to cook for you during your stay

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
