On a slightly higher level is a large platform (160 m2) which will work well for yoga groups or just an extra space to relax and enjoy the feeling of nature amongst the pine trees. On another higher level is a deck area of 50m2 with a gym & fitness area

Located very close (1.5 kilometres) to the lovely, small and quaint village of Es Cubells in the southwest corner of Ibiza. There are 2 traditional restaurants in the village as the obligatory whitewashed church. In addition one of the best seafood restaurants (Ses Boques) a few kilometres away along the coastal road that also offers some stunning views on the dramatic coastline.
Also close to Cala Jondal & Sant Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) village; the gateway to west coast beaches and sunsets, and with Ibiza Town reached in about 25 minutes

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
