OVERVIEW
Villa Cas Marins has 4 bedrooms.
This is a traditional, homely villa along a quiet road near to the
villages of San Jose (Sant Josep) and Es Cubells offering you a
peaceful setting with amazing views, including sea and partial
sunset views. Located close to the beaches of Cala Jondal and Es
Torrent and with easy access to sandy beaches in the south and west
and to Ibiza Town.
Although the house doesn't have air conditioning the finca
building does have thick walls and small windows to help maintain
then temperature inside
The villa has 2 levels and there are 4 bedrooms
2 bedrooms are on the upper level and both have a double
bed
On the ground floor are the 2 remaining bedrooms; one with a
double bed and one with a single bed and a single bed to sleeps 8
on request
The traditional style kitchen has a traditional Sabina wood ceiling and is fully equipped
The living and dining area is "colonial" style with high wooden ceilings (again with traditional Sabina wood) and large wooden doors lead to a terrace with table and chairs

The outside dining area is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast with the incredible panoramic views down to the sea

Villa Cas Marins is located in the southwest corner of Ibiza; a
brilliant location close to the villages of Es Cubells and San Jose
(Sant Josep) which are traditional villages with a great choice of
very good local restaurants
The nearest beach is at Ses Boques (pebbly) which has a simple and
one of the best seafood restaurants on the island
Other nearby beaches include Cala Jondal (pebbly) for beach clubs
and restaurants including Blue Marlin
The nearest sandy beach is at Cala d'Hort (8 kilometres) which is
also a must for sunset
Cala Tarida beach (sandy) is 11 kilometres
Cala Vadella beach (Sandy) is 12 kilometres with a varies choice
of restaurants set next to the beach
Cala Bassa (and Cala Bassa Beach Club) is 13 kilometres
Sunset lovers should definitely head to Cala Comte (Cala Conta) where crowds gather at sundown for one of the best places to view Ibiza's legendary events
If you prefer your sunset with a beat head to Cafe del Mar or Café Mambo on the "Sunset Strip" in San Antonio (13 kilometres)
Salinas & Es Cavallet beaches (Sandy and probably the best beaches in Ibiza) are 19 kilometres

We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before

Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100

Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
