OVERVIEW
Villa Nora (also known as White Pearl II) is a modern villa with amazing (no honestly; truly spectacular) panoramic sea views to the bay of Porroig, Formentera Island & Es Cubells village: This corner of Ibiza is one of the most exclusive, luxurious & sough after areas of Ibiza
The villa is reached by a long track that takes you to this elevated position about 150 metres above sea level (no scary drops - just a bumpy road), but only about a 7-minute drive from Es Cubells village
This is a great location with stunning sea views, and, at some times through the year, sunset views.
The building measures 500 square metres and includes 6 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning & TV with DVD
The plot occupies 4,500 square metres and has a gated (electric) entrance.

This is a lovely villa, perhaps lacking a tiny bit of attention to detail to call it luxury as far as we are concerned and based on our own high standards, but a great villa in a much sought-after area of Ibiza

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
