OVERVIEW

Villa Pacifica is located close to Cala Jondal as well as Porroig and Es Cubells in the small residential area of Puig Redo, an exclusive area in the southwest corner of Ibiza

The villa has 5+ bedrooms and sleeps a minimum of 10
All bedrooms have air conditioning and all bedroom have en suite bathrooms

The style is minimalist with white washed walls and polished concrete floors in most rooms

The main entrance leads to the open plan living and dining area. From here you can access the man terrace & pool

On the 2nd floor is one of the master bedrooms and on the first floor is the second master bedroom

There are 3 other bedrooms in the main house
These can be acessed from the main living kitchen area and also from the pool area (via steps)
As you enter from the main pool area there is a living room which leads to the 3 bedrooms


The master bedroom is located on the top floor (3rd floor) with Double bed (200 cms x 200 cms) air con and en suite bathroom with shower and large terrace with sea views towards Porroig.

Bedroom 2 (second master) is on the 2nd floor with double bed (180 cms x 200 cms), en suite bathroom, air con & terrace with sea views

Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with double beds (180 cms x 200 cms) air con and en suite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 4 on the ground floor with twin beds, air con, en suite bathroom with shower

WHAT WE THINK

Large house in a "hidden" small residential area of Ibiza with other high end houses as your neighbours; although none are visible from the villa or grounds with ajust a few visible in the distance but yiour gaze will be drawn to the panoramic sea views and towards the dramatic lanscape of Porroig and Cala Jondal. There is a lot of house here and the minimalist style works very well to give a feeling of space and simplicity; all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the vires

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
