OVERVIEW
Villa Sky Line has magnificent sea and panoramic views from the hilltop overlooking Es Cubells village in the southwest of Ibiza.
This modern villa was built in 2015 and has 3 bedrooms
You enter the villa on the forts floor with the open plan kitchen and living room that leads to a large terrace with sea and panoramic views. From the terrace there are external stair to the pool and gardens, and an internal staircase to the ground floor
The master bedroom is also on this floor with double bed, air conditioning and the terrace that can also be accessed from the living area. There is a bathroom next to this bedroom so although technically not en site it's as good as an en suite bathroom
On the ground floor are the 2 remaining bedrooms; both have a double bed, sofa, air conditioning, en suite bathroom and both have direct access to the gardens and pool

LOCATION
This area of Ibiza is one of the most sought after and most expensive areas for buying property due to the great views, traditional and unspoilt style of the village of Es Cubells, and of course the amazing sea views.
Villa Sky Line is 2.5 kilometres from the traditional village of Es Cubells in the southwest of Ibiza and, for many, the best area of Ibiza for stunning views, virtually no high rise buildings and some of the best small beaches and traditional restaurants in Ibiza
If you are looking for livelier beaches and beach clubs then you can also easily reach these from the villa
For smaller beaches and traditional beach front restaurants head

For livelier and busier beaches head to Cala Jondal (8.5 kilometres) where 4 restaurants sit around the horseshoe shaped bay including Blue Marlin Beach Club and Tropicana Beach Club
Cala Vadella (10.5 kilometres) is a great beach for families and couples with a good selection of restaurants set next to the beach and providing a perfect sunset most evenings
Cala Tarida (13.5 kilometres) is a long sandy beach with good restaurants and also home to Cotton Beach Club
The longest beach on the island is at Playa den Bossa for Ushuaia, Hi, Beach House, Nassau Beach Club to name a few is 15 kilometres
Salinas beach (including Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa) is 19 kilometres, and round the bay is Es Cavallet beach which includes El Chiringuito, La Escollera and Chiringay

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
