Villa Sa Boca has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 12.
Set on the hillside near San Agustin village and overlooking the
Mediterranean sea with Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida visible in the
distance.
The house is reached via a road that is not tarmacked, but well maintained, that inclines steadily to the hilltop to offer wonderful views and privacy. The main feature are the views but this is a good size villa on a large plot of 30,000 square metres with mature gardens and some areas of lush lawn, but the views across a large section of the west coast is spectacular by day and at sundown.
All 5 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom.
The first floor is dominated by the large (60 square metres)
bedroom with en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and large
terrace.
The ground floor houses the remaining 4 bedrooms including a
bedroom with 4 single beds, so the villa can sleep 12 people in
total
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional

Villa Sa Boca is a 5-bedroom Ibiza villa occupying an amazing location with sea and sunset views directly to Cala Bassa, although Cala Tarida is the nearest beach to drive to. The villa is pretty much at the top of a hill with some of the best views in Ibiza. Located between the villages of San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) & San Agustin (Sant Agusti des Vedra) towards the west of the island with the beaches of Cala Tarida, Cala Comte (Conta), Cala Salada and San Antonio nearby - and much of the coastline of the west of Ibiza visible from the villa
Not only do you get some incredible sea views but as you are close to the west coast you will get fantastic sea & sunset views.
All 5 bedrooms have air-conditioning. One of the bedrooms has 4 beds, so the villa can sleep 12 people in total on request - ideal for that private family getaway.
Head to the nearby beach clubs such as Cala Bassa Beach Club and Cotton Beach Club at Cala Tarida or chill by the villa pool and enjoy this private Ibiza hideaway with sea & sunset views.

WHAT WE THINK
The obvious weakness for this villa, on paper at least, is that there is no air conditioning. But in the main summer months on most days there is a breeze that sweeps up from the coast. The views are incredible, even on a stormy afternoon! All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The villa works for large family or 2 families and can sleep 12; with the possibility of an extra bed for a child being added to the master bedroom to sleep 13 if required

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
