OVERVIEW
Villa Charlotte is a beautiful, modern villa with 6 bedrooms and spectacular views to the sea & the island of Es Vedra; and being on the west coast of Ibiza you will also experience unforgettable sunsets.
The villa has been very well styled and furnished
The villa is only 250 metres from the small beach of Cala Codolar,
only 1.5 kilometres to Cala Conta (also spelt Cala Comte) and less
than 4 kilometres from the beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala
Tarida.
The villa is stylish and beautifully decorated throughout, and
also has Fibre Optic internet.
All 6 bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are 4 bedrooms in the main house (each with en-suite
bathrooms) and 2 bedrooms in the annex.
The master bedroom is on the first floor of the main house with
double bed, free standing bathtub in the bedroom, en suite bathroom
with shower and terrace with views to the pool and sea.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en suite
bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and double doors that lead straight to
the terrace & pool area
Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 also have double beds.
The remainder of the ground floor consists of the open plan
modern kitchen and living room (including Apple TV)
The view from the living room out to the sea and to the rock of Es
Vedra beyond is the first and everlasting impression when you
arrive
The remaining 2 bedrooms are located in a separate guest house/annex and these bedrooms share a "Jack & Jill" style bathroom (the perfect solution for teenagers or in-laws?) with access to the gardens.

Villa Charlotte is only 250 metres from Cala Codolar beach, a small mix of sand, shingle and pebble.
The sandy beach of Cala Comte (Conta) is less than 2 kilometres
from the villa. A popular beach by day and at sunset as this is one
of the best places to watch sunset
The sandy beach at Cala Bassa is 3.5 kilometres (Cala Bass Beach
Club), and Cala Tarida beach & resort (including Cotton Beach
Club) is less than 4 kilometres
Other beaches a little further away include Cala Salada (16.5
kms), Cala Gracio (16 kms) and San Antonio Bay (12 kms) whist the
sunset bars of Café Mambo and Café del Mar are 13.4 kilometres
away.
Blue Marlin beach club at Cala Jondal is 21 kilometres
Salinas beach in the south (where the beach clubs and beach

Villa Charlotte is a beautiful and stylish villa with fantastic
sea & sunset views
The villa has been decorated to a very high standard and each room
is very well presented and with many lovely pieces of furniture and
art.
When you walk in to the house your eyes will immediately be drawn
to the sea and the island of Es Vedra beyond; the subject of so
many famous Ibiza photographs through the generations and as
impressive today as it ever has been; particularly at sunset
The master bedroom of course commands the best view in the
house
The small part pebble / part shingle / part sand is only about a
250 metre walk beach from the villa
The gardens are not huge but with plenty of places to relax should
you ever bore of that fantastic view

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
