VILLA ROMERO I

OVERVIEW

Villa Romero I is a charming and traditional (but not dated!) rural Ibiza villa with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people (7 on request) with amazing views to Es Cubells, the sea and Formentera
Take a stroll to the woods and you get a fantastic views to the island of Es Vedra spectacular by day and at sunset ; many of the famous sunset Ibiza images are of the sun sinking behind the "magical" rock.

The villa is all on one level and offers traditional and simple accommodation with, of course a private pool
There are 3 bedrooms (and an additional small room that can be used as a 4th bedroom to sleep 1 additional person)
 
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, air conditioning, traditional Sabina wood ceiling, and en suite bathroom
The second bedroom 2 has a double bed and the traditional Sabina wood ceiling. There is a stand up fan
the third bedroom has twin beds, the traditional Sabina wood ceiling and a stand up fan

There are 2 living areas 
The first living room has aircon and TV, and the second living room has a TV

There is a fully equipped kitchen and included with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine

LOCATION

Villa Romero I is an idea villa for exploring the beaches on the west coast
The nearest beach is Cala d'Hort, just over 3 kilometres away (3.2 kms), a mostly sandy beach with views to Es Vedra, and where you will find some excellent traditional seafood restaurants including Restaurante El Carmen which is perfect for long lazy lunches over a bottle of wine or 2. The sunset is impressive at Cala d'Hort beach as well. Alternatively drive back up the hill to the viewing point of Es Vedra from the cliff edge.

Cala Carbo is small pebbly beach 7 kilometres with 2 great traditional seafood restaurants.

Cala Vadella beach is 7.5 kilometres, a great and safe beach for families, and a good choice of beachfront restaurants ranging from traditional menus of sea and meat to pizza and most things in between.

Further up the west coast is the long sandy beach at Cala Tarida (16 kilometres).

Es Cubells village is a lovely small traditional village with 2 restaurants and a whitewashed church and stunning coastline views is 4.5 kilometres away. Head further along the coast road to Ses Boques (5.8 kilometres), a gem of a seafood restaurant on the small pebble beach

San Jose (Sant Josep) village is larger and has 2 supermarkets; not huge but generally well stocked and is a 10 kilometre drive

Ibiza Town is 20 kilometres (approx. 25 minutes) with many restaurants and bars, the harbour where some of the biggest superyachts dock, and the Medieval old Town (Dalt Vila) with its narrow, cobbled streets and panoramic views from the top of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Blue Marlin is at Cala Jondal (11.5 kilometres)
Cotton Beach can be found at Cala Tarida (16 kilometre)
Playa den Bossa (Ushuaia / Hi / Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza/ Nassau Beach Club) is 18 kilometres
Jockey Beach Club and Sa Trinxa can be found at Salinas beach (22 kilometres)

For sunsets a popular gathering point is the sunset "Strip" in San Antonio where you will find Café del Mar and Café Mambo is 18 kilometres away, but the whole of the west coast is perfect for watching the legendary Ibiza sunset.
