sunset views located in the busy / residential area of Cala Moli
situated on the west coast of Ibiza. The villa has access to the
sea via a 200 metre walk (a little rocky and suited to this of a
certain level of fitness and mobility)
The villa is constructed over 3 levels with a lift connecting
all floors
All 4 bedrooms have aur conditioning an en-suite bathroom
On the top floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom,
air conditioning and large terrace with sea views
The middle floor is where you will find the large and modern
kitchen and living area; opening up on to the terrace with BBQ,
dining area and large sofa
On the ground floor are the 3 remaining bedrooms; all with double beds, air conditioning and en suite bathroom

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
