OVERVIEW
Villa Buena Vista Cala Salada villa is a modern villa with 6
bedrooms; all bedrooms with air conditioning and en suite
bathroom.
Only a 380 metre walk to Cala Salada beach; a beautiful sandy cove
on the west coast Ibiza, with a backdrop of pine trees and with
sunset views in the summer months.
The villa was built in 2010 and constructed into the hillside over 4 floors

On this level is the modern stainless steel kitchen and living

LOCATION
Villa Buena Vista Cala Salada is only 380 metres from the beautiful beach of Cala Salada on the west coast of Ibiza, with beautiful clear wasters and pine forest around the bay. There is one restaurant here, Restaurante Cala Salada, which has been run by the same family since it opened in 1982.
Punta Galera is a rocky beach with beautiful views is a 4 kilometres from then villa
Cala Gracio is a sandy beach just to the north of San Antonio and is also 4 kilometres
The smaller beach of Cala Gracioneta, can be walked to from Cala Gracio following the coastal path. Here there is a good seafood beach restaurant simply called Cala Gracioneta
San Antonio Bay is 5 kilometres and the sunset bars of Café Mambo and Cafe del Mar are slightly closer
Cala Bassa, and Cala Bassa Beach Club is about 14 kilometres by
road, or you take the regular Aquabus ferry that runs from San
Antonio and also calls at other points on the west coast including
Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella
By road Cala Tarida (Home of Cotton Beach Club) is 14
kilometres
The centre of Ibiza Town is only 18 kilometres away and can be reached in about 20 minutes thanks to the fast road that cuts through the centre of the island. Ibiza Town is known for many things including the Medieval old town (Dalt Vila) which is a UNESCO World heritage site, but for many it's the lure of the restaurants, super yachts and nightlife of Pacha and Lio that brings everyone to the capital of the island.
If you are looking for more beach clubs then Jockey Club, Malibu, Beso Beach and Sa Trinxa are all on Salinas beach (30 kilometres) and Blue Marlin at Cala Jondal (23 kilometres)
If you are planning some time on the sea then boats and yachts with skippers for full day, half day or evening sunset cruises can be arranged to either depart from the marina in San Antonio or Ibiza Town.

Lovely villa within walking distance to a great beach at Cala
Salada. Incredible sunset views. Historically mobile phone
reception has been intermittent in this corner of Ibiza, but
hopefully technology is starting to catch up. Not a luxury villa
but good value and in a great location

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Reviews
Buena vista is a modern high-end villa over 3 floors. What works really well with this villas is that all the rooms are more or less than same size, There is is one bedrooms slightly smaller. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor with a small living are in between. There is a Jacuzzi (although not necessarily hot) and 2 swimming pools.. but the stand out feature has to be the sea & sunset views. The mobile phone reception is not always great in the lower levels but is normally OK on the top floor. A great villa perfect for 6 people having their own room each or 6 couples.
I wanted to thank you and the team for a great stay and for the service provided. I have a number of referrals for you off the back of the holiday and my family and I will be looking at a villa next year and will come back to you then also.
